Celebrated Spanish tenor Placido Domingo is scheduled to make his 2,000th live performance tonight by singing “Fanciulla del West” at the Vienna State Opera. Domingo, who regularly sings all over the world, is artistic adviser to the Los Angeles Music Center Opera.
