Reliance Financial Services, which is controlled by New York financier Saul P. Steinberg, revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it will sell its 30.8% stake in Encino-based Zenith National Insurance. Reliance owns 5.98 million shares of Zenith, which currently are worth $121 million. Zenith specializes in workers’ compensation insurance.
