An official at Northeastern University in Boston has confirmed that New England Patriot running back Tony Collins was in an incoherent state and was taken by campus police to Boston City Hospital on March 1.
A blood test at the hospital reportedly showed alcohol and cocaine in his system.
Collins was a patient in a drug rehabilitation clinic last year and reportedly was in one last month, although it was not known whether he still is, the Boston Globe reported.
