Roger W. Johnson, chairman and president of Western Digital, has been elected to Pacific Scientific’s board of directors. He succeeds James D. Hodgson, who is retiring as a director after serving on the board since 1980. Pacific Scientific, based in Anaheim, serves niche markets in the fields of electronic instruments, electric motors and controls, aerospace products, restraint systems and components.
