Work Under Way on Victorville TownCenter
Work has begun on the first phase of the 65-acre Victor Valley TownCenter at Bear Valley and Hesperia Roads in Victorville estimated at about $25-million. Completion is scheduled for November, according to the developer Donahue Schriber of Costa Mesa.
