Davidson has resigned as executive vice president, chief operating officer and a director at Beverly Investment Properties, a real estate investment trust formed by Beverly Enterprises, an operator of nursing homes. David Banks, chairman, and Sam Brooks, president and chief executive, will assume Davidson’s duties.
