Traffic Hums Again on Williamsburg Bridge

NEW YORK —
The Williamsburg Bridge, which caused commuter misery while under repair, was fully opened to traffic today for the first time in three months.
“The bridge is now stronger than it’s been since World War II,” said Transportation Commissioner Ross Sandler.
