There will be another attempt at Glasnost rock in Moscow, with a new effort to arrange a series of “Rock Against Drug Addiction” concerts with Western groups playing at the 30,000-seat Olympic Stadium in Moscow next February. The official Soviet news agency Tass said Saturday that some 10 to 12 rock and pop stars would be invited to perform in the concerts, which, it said, organizers wanted broadcast worldwide on television. However, contracts had not yet been signed with the performers, it said. An attempt to organize similar concerts last March was canceled at the last moment after the hall’s management refused to let it be used.
