Alpha Microsystems, a Santa Ana-based computer manufacturer, said it has opened marketing offices in Canada, Mexico and Australia.

The Canadian office will be in Markham, Ontario, and will be responsible for marketing and distributing Alpha Micro products in that country. An office in Mexico City will serve the Latin American market, and an office in Victoria, Australia, will serve the Pacific Rim region, the company said.

International sales totaled 36% of the firm’s $24.8 million in revenue for the 6-month period ended in August.
