A 27-year-old man died of multiple gunshot wounds, and two other men were treated for gunshot wounds after a shooting outside an apartment complex Monday, San Diego police said.

The body of Carlos Ochoa Ochoa, 27, of San Diego, was found by homicide detectives in front of an apartment in the 3700 block of National Avenue, police spokesman Bill Robinson said. Witnesses said they saw two men, carrying semiautomatic weapons and wearing green fatigue clothing and black ski masks, running through the apartment complex at 3:30 p.m.

Jose Morales, 17, was shot in the thigh and Hector Isula, 24, was shot in the ankle. Both were treated at Paradise Valley Hospital, a hospital spokeswoman said.
