Ohio Gov. Richard Celeste sampled life on the other side of the media fence for a day Monday: He covered a news conference for a Columbus TV station, then put together a story for that evening’s newscast. The stint was part of Celeste’s Work Day program through which he seeks to get a better understanding of the state’s work force. But how did he feel when he gripped the mike? “It takes more concentration when you are on this side of the microphone,” Celeste said. “I’ve never been a believer you can be completely objective.”
