Chapman Loses to Cal State Stanislaus, 95-71
John Harless scored 26 points to lead Cal State Stanislaus to a 95-71 victory over Chapman College in a nonconference men’s basketball game Wednesday at Turlock.
Stanislaus (7-4) led, 15-11, with 14 minutes left in the half, but extended that lead to 49-38 at halftime. The Warriors maintained that lead through the first 5 minutes of the second half and then broke the game open.
Paul Brogan scored 22 points for the Warriors. Kevin Stafford scored 15 points and Mike Minier 13 for Chapman (6-2).
