REAL ESTATE : Lyon Co. Reveals ’89 Plans for Trabuco Highlands, Rancho Santa Margarita

William Lyon Co., the Newport Beach home builder, is planning a clutch of new projects in southern Orange County.
Lyon said it would build 311 single-family homes in two neighborhoods at Trabuco Summit in the Trabuco Highlands planned community in the foothills of Saddleback.
Also planned are 198 single-family homes in a new neighborhood called the Springs in Trabuco Highlands.
And Lyon said it would also build 240 condominiums at Belflora, a neighborhood in Rancho Santa Margarita.
