Whooping Cough Kills 11

BRAZZAVILLE, Congo — An outbreak of whooping cough has killed at least 11 children in northern Congo since October, the official Congolese news agency reported Monday. The government has sent health workers to a dozen infected villages to carry out a mass vaccination program.
