Mark Williams Leads in Torrance Bowling
Mark Williams of Texas had a 13-pin lead Wednesday in the opening round of the AC/Delco PBA tournament at Gable House Bowl in Torrance.
Williams had a 6-game set of 224, 250, 280, 250, 210 and 279.
Money champion Brian Voss of Tacoma was second and Mark Roth, the high-average champion of 1988 from New Jersey, was fifth.
Dave Guindon, a rookie from New York, bowled a 300 game.
