Two Killed in Plane Crash

DAYTON, Ohio — A cargo plane with a small quantity of hazardous chemicals crashed and exploded shortly after takeoff Thursday, killing both crew members, authorities said. The plane was carrying explosive and corrosive materials, but no evacuations were necessary. The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
