Executives of the newly formed Pirelli Armstrong Tire Corp. announced plans to begin the first production of the Pirelli tire line in the United States. Paul C. James, president of Pirelli Armstrong, the Pirelli Group’s newly acquired subsidiary in the United States, said the first Pirelli tires would roll off the production line this spring at the company’s plant in Hanford, Calif.
