* Mission West Properties, a San Diego-based real estate development company, reported a fourth-quarter profit of $488,000 on revenue of $4.4 million, contrasted with a profit of $911,000 on revenue of $6.5 million over the same period the previous year.

For the full year ended Nov. 30, Mission West reported a profit of $1.6 million on revenue of $10 million, contrasted with a profit of $724,000 on revenue of $7.9 million during the previous year.
