Yields on two-year Treasury notes fell at the latest auction to the lowest level since November. The average yield was 9.08%, down from 9.23% at the last auction on Dec. 28. It was the lowest rate since two-year notes averaged 8.88% on Nov. 22. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 9%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,985.70. A total of $9.29 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $26 billion.
