Del Webb Corp. posted a loss of $15 million for 1988, compared to a loss of $97 million in 1987. Revenue fell 34% to $107 million. The Phoenix-based leisure company said the results were due in part to a loss of $26.5 million from discontinued commercial/industrial real estate projects in Colorado and Arizona, primarily as a result of loss provisions of $20 million for the disposition of those assets.
