E.W. Scripps Co. announced an agreement to sell the Sun-Tattler of Hollywood, Fla., to a media organization affiliated with the Dallas Times Herald. Terms were not disclosed. The buyer is DTH Media Inc., which bought the Dallas newspaper in June, 1988. Scripps, which is based in Cincinnati, has owned the Sun-Tattler, a morning newspaper published Monday-through-Saturday, since 1965. Scripps had announced its intention to sell the paper on Oct. 26, saying its newspaper operations had been unprofitable.
