Striking Workers Idle 2 Major Cyprus Ports

NICOSIA, Cyprus — Striking port workers defied a government order to report back to work Thursday, keeping idle two major ports on this Mediterranean island.
The strike kept ships idle Thursday at Larnaca and Limassol, the main ports in the Greek sector of Cyprus.
