A search team recovered the bodies of four American crew members killed when their Flying Tiger cargo plane crashed into a hillside in Malaysia. A spokesman for the Los Angeles-based air freight firm identified the victims as Frank Helpin, 59 of Los Angeles; Jack Robinson, 54, of Tucson; Ron Penton, 70, of Burlingame, Calif., and Leonard Suleswki, 53, of Whitehouse Station, N.J. The spokesman said the Boeing 747 began its journey in New York and was flying from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital, when it crashed into the jungle about 12 miles from the capital early Sunday morning. He said the crew had been in communication with air traffic controllers and had given no indication of any problem.
