With Raveling, USC Basketball Program Continues to Unravel
Several years ago, USC’s George Raveling was discussing other basketball coaches who had toughened their pre-conference schedules. “A lot of them,” Raveling said, “are now working at K mart.”
Now, despite a pathetic schedule before the Pacific 10 season, the Trojans’ record is abysmal. It’s time for Raveling to shop his services elsewhere.
Perhaps he could market himself as a “blue light special.”
