The premier of British Columbia, William N. Vander Zalm, will speak Thursday at the opening of the British Columbia Trade and Tourism Office in Irvine, the first foreign trade office in Orange County. Also attending will be John Jansen, the province’s minister of international business and immigration, and Bill Reid, minister of tourism and provincial secretary.
