Jacobs Nibbles at Shaklee: An investor group including Minneapolis financier Irwin A. Jacobs said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it raised its stake in San Francisco-based Shaklee Corp. to 14.19% of the firm’s shares outstanding from 12.75%. In the filing, the group said it holds 1,867,900 Shaklee common shares, including 189,400 shares bought on Feb. 22 and 23 at $35.125 to $35.75 each. In its initial filing, the group said it may seek control of Shaklee.
