Moorpark 1, Rancho Santiago 0 (9)--De Dow pitched her first no-hitter and fifth shutout of the season in the nonconference game at Moorpark.
CS Bakersfield 4-10, Cal Lutheran 2-2--The defending NCAA Division II champion Roadrunners took advantage of nine Cal Lutheran errors in a nonconference doubleheader at Cal Lutheran.
MEN’S VOLLEYBALL
UCLA d. Cal State Northridge, 19-17, 15-7, 16-14--Northridge trailed, 7-1, in the opening game, rallied, and then blew three game-point opportunities before falling in a Western Intercollegiate Volleyball Assn. match at UCLA.
