Rams Will Play 49ers in Tokyo Aug. 6

The Rams will play the Super Bowl champion San Francisco 49ers in Tokyo Aug. 6 in the first game of the National Football League’s overseas series to be played in Japan, it was announced Thursday.

The game will be played in the 60,000-seat Korakuen Tokyo Dome. It will start at 11 a.m. Japan time and be televised by ESPN, beginning at 7 p.m. PDT.
