Company: Ericson Yachts, Irvine Penalty: $3,600 Violation: Excess hydrocarbon emissions. Company: Crown Cleaners, Costa Mesa Penalty: $1,500 Violation: Excess hydrocarbon emissions due to improper storage of dry-cleaning fluid. Company: Shell Western E&P; Co., Huntington Beach Penalty: $1,400 Violation: Improper maintenance of two crude oil tanks at oil well field.
