Prep Basketball All-Star Teams
The Times 1989 Westside boys and girls high school All-Star basketball teams are featured on Page 16 of today’s edition.
All players will be invited to The Times High School Basketball Awards brunch at 9 a.m. April 2, at the Anaheim Hilton, 777 Convention Way. Each will receive a trophy and certificate. Players and coaches of the year for each of The Times 12 circulation areas will be announced.
The teams were chosen by a poll of area coaches. George Yardley, former college and professional star, will speak.
