Just When He Thought It Was Safe to Listen
It has happened. I thought it was over, but boy was I wrong. The latest segment in the Don Sutton horror saga--”It’s everybody’s fault but mine”--has been released. Like Freddy or Jason, it appears that Sutton’s character cannot be eliminated, even by retirement.
We must be doomed to an endless series of complaints and excuses for the deficient performances of a mediocre pitcher. The only horror worse than reading about this is being subjected to his high school play-by-play performance.
Just when you thought it was safe to turn on the radio again . . .
