NBC’s “Today” show will declare war on drugs by devoting its entire two hours to issues surrounding drugs in America next Tuesday (7-9 a.m.). Segments will include an interview with William Bennett, National Drug Policy director, a look at how Kansas City, Mo., is confronting its drug problem and a profile of gangs in Los Angeles coupled with former gang members who are joining the fight against drugs.
