U.S. Firms Can’t Agree on Targets for Tariffs

WASHINGTON —
American firms agreed today with U.S. authorities that Japan’s telecommunications market is closed to foreign goods but could not agree which Japanese products should be hit with 100% retaliatory tariffs.
They testified before an interagency committee considering which goods should be slapped by the sanctions
