Donald J. Quackenbush, chief financial officer of Xscribe Corp. since 1984, has resigned to “pursue other business interests,” the company said in a statement Wednesday. Before joining Xscribe, Quackenbush held a similar position with Kratos, a publicly held company once headquartered in San Diego. Bruce C. Myers has been named Xscribe’s new chief financial officer. Myers previously was an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in San Diego. Xscribe makes computer-aided transcription systems for court reporters.
