TransTechnology Profit for Fiscal Year Falls 23%
TransTechnology Corp., a Sherman Oaks producer of industrial products for the aerospace-defense industries, said its profit for the fiscal year that ended March 31 fell 23% from a year earlier.
The company said net income fell to $9.24 million from $12 million the previous year, when TransTechnology’s results included a $1 million after-tax gain from an accounting change. The latest results also included a $1.24-million loss from discontinued operations.
TransTechnology’s annual revenue climbed to $235.2 million from $201.3 million.
