Winners at the 23rd annual Music City News Country Awards Monday night in Nashville included Randy Travis, who was named entertainer of the year; Ricky Van Shelton, male artist of the year; Reba McEntire, female artist of the year, and the Statler Brothers, vocal group of the year. Johnny Cash, who received the living legend award, was congratulated in a videotaped message by President Bush.
