The Senate Foreign Relations Committee scheduled a long-delayed vote on the nomination of Donald P. Gregg as ambassador to South Korea for June 20, after Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) assured Democrats that the Administration would provide documents on Gregg’s Iran-Contra role by June 16.
