Glenn R. Ray has been named executive vice president, national finance, for the real estate firm of Birtcher, based in Laguna Niguel. He succeeds Michael H. Voss, who was earlier appointed president. Previously, Ray was outside counsel to Birtcher as a partner in the Newport Beach law firm of Voss & Cook.
