Rockwell International Sued: Rockwell International and 14 of its current and former directors and officers have been sued in Superior Court by four shareholders, who allege that Rockwell was involved in a variety of illegal activities that cost shareholders millions of dollars. The suit names Rockwell Chairman Donald R. Beall, Chief Financial Officer Robert A. dePalma and former Chief Executive Robert Anderson and seeks unspecified damages for lack of oversight by the board and officers, citing such costs as government penalties on the firm for overcharges on a satellite system and costs related to environmental violations at the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant in Colorado.
