Canadian Utility Places $4-Million Amperif Order
Amperif Corp. announced that it has received a $4-million order from a Canadian utility for 12 data storage systems that are compatible with mainframe computers.
The Chatsworth-based firm said it will deliver the units to Ontario Hydro of Toronto. Amperif said the systems would help the utility’s Unisys computers display an entire electrical grid.
Amperif develops and supplies storage systems for mainframe computers.
