Southbay Technology, a lab equipment manufacturer that is moving to Orange County from Temple City, is building a $700,000, 16,000-square-foot office and warehouse in San Clemente.
The two-story, tilt-up concrete building is in Rancho San Clemente Business Park. The contractor is Tri-Pacific Construction Inc. in Orange, and the architect is ARC-ID in Irvine.
The building is scheduled for completion in December.
