At least 12 people in Philadelphia won’t be seeing “Lethal Weapon 2,” not for awhile anyway. A federal judge there has forbidden jurors hearing an international money-laundering case from seeing the film because its plot is too similar to the real-life drama being played out in the courtroom. The judge said the order was a “small imposition” to ensure a fair trial, which began June 19 and is expected to last into August. A spokesman for Warner Bros. said the similar plot lines of movie and court case were coincidental.
