Codercard Inc., a Santa Ana developer of computer security devices, said negotiations to obtain $3 million in financing from a Boston venture capital group have been suspended. Codercard said the current corporate and marketing structures of the company do not fit the investment requirements of the Bank House Exchange in Boston. Codercard said the Bank House Exchange has indicated a willingness to reopen negotiations if Codercard makes changes in its corporate structure and marketing program.
