Former Cal State Fullerton gymnast Tami Elliott won the Miss Virginia contest Saturday in Roanoke, Va., and will be a contestant in the Miss America pageant. Elliott, who lives in Newport News, Va., was an All-American for the Titans from 1984-86.
Elliott missed her final year of eligibility at Fullerton after breaking her neck before the 1987 season.
