Construction on the first phase of Birtcher’s Lakeshore Towers is expected to begin between Aug. 15 and Sept. 1. The project, to be built in two phases, will include twin 18-story office towers, a child-care facility, restaurant and a health club. The 15-acre business park also contains a two-acre lake, complete with a kayak course.
