A 45-year-old English woman accused of entering a bigamous marriage with a court-martialed Air Force captain stationed at Beale Air Force Base near Sacramento was indicted in Omaha, Neb., on charges of violating immigration laws. Margaret Vickerage was charged in a two-count indictment with entering a sham marriage with Neil W. Clark in Reno on Nov. 25, 1988, so she could remain in the United States. Clark, a 19-year Air Force veteran and pilot, was convicted last month on charges of bigamy and conduct unbecoming an officer and sentenced to three months in prison.
