The country’s Little Leaguers play Trumbull (Conn.) at Williamsport, Pa., in a game airing on “Wide World of Sports” today at 3 p.m. (10) and 4 p.m. (7)(3)(42).
Baseball, major league style, gets under way tonight at 5:30 as the California Angels and Texas Rangers play at 5:30 p.m. (5). The teams also meet Sunday--same time and channel.
Back in Oakland--at least for one preseason football game--the Raiders take on the Houston Oilers tonight at 7 on Channel 9.
