Newport Beach : Governor Names Vitti to University Trustees
Anthony M. Vitti, a Newport Beach executive, has been named to the California State University Board of Trustees by Gov. George Deukmejian.
Vitti replaces Thomas J. Bernard of Fresno, whose term expired. The appointment, which requires confirmation by the state Senate, is for a term that ends on March 1, 1997.
Vitti is president of Vitti Enterprises, a real estate and mortgage brokerage firm in Newport Beach.
