Commercial Scene : Construction Under Way on Murrieta Shop Center

Construction has begun on Murrieta Town Center, the largest shopping center in Murrieta Hot Springs.

The $90-million, 500,000-square-foot project of Crossroads Development is already 90% leased, with such anchors as Hughes Market, Home Club, Payless Drugs, Edwards Theaters, Big 5, Chief Auto Parts, Del Taco and Denny’s Restaurant.

The project, the first of four planned by Crossroads in the area, is located at the intersection of Highway 215, Interstate 215 and Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
