Boeing Wins Two Orders: Air Canada said it placed an order with Boeing Aircraft for six Boeing 767-300ER jets worth an estimated $590 million and placed options for another 12 of the planes. The total value of the contract is about $1.8 billion. Deliveries of the 767-300 extended range, or ER, jetliners are scheduled to begin in 1993. Aloha Airlines announced that it has ordered four new Boeing 737-300 series aircraft with options on four additional 737-300s. The total value of the order is about $250 million. Deliveries of the aircraft begin November, 1992.
